Please provide your shipping address in English using standard Latin characters.
Entering your address in other languages may lead to delivery failure or rejection by the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that cannot be processed due to this reason.

For security and reliable delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical home or work address.

Shipping and Tracking
Upon dispatch, a digital receipt containing your tracking number will be sent via email.

Refusal of Delivery and Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to a refusal of delivery for personal reasons, or due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the actual cost of round-trip shipping and any incurred expenses (such as customs duties and administrative fees) will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding.

それ以外の言語で入力された場合、配送業者に受け付けを拒否される恐れがあります。こうした理由により配送手続きができない場合、当社では一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

お届け先について
セキュリティおよび確実なお届けのため、**私書箱（P.O. Box）への配送は承っておりません。**必ずご自宅または勤務先の住所をご設定ください。

配送と追跡
発送完了後、追跡番号を含むデジタル領収書をメールにてお送りします。

受取拒否および住所不備について
